The details:
This package includes three virtual prenatal meetings. During these meetings, I will teach you the basics of childbirth and provide evidence-based resources for a more detailed education.
My goal during these meetings is to make sure you are educated enough on the birth process and your options so that you may make informed decisions when filling out the birth preferences template I provide. We will also do mental work to prepare you for your labor and practice comfort measure positions and movements.
The final meeting will include a labor rehearsal where I will instruct you on moving into different positions during practice contractions so you can have a better idea of what labor will be like.
I am available via text/call to answer any questions you have throughout your pregnancy.
